You can sign up to receive your personal name tag either online via the link included or on a printed form included in this message or available at the church.
Please complete the form for each person requesting a church member name tag. Each name tag is $10, and payment can be made in person via cash or check, or online through Realm Giving.
If making payment through Realm, select "Marketing and Outreach" option.
