Available Spaces for Rent at Lake Cities United Methodist Church

Looking for the perfect space for your next event, meeting, or celebration? Lake Cities United Methodist Church offers several welcoming and versatile spaces available for community use. Whether you need a large area for a reception, a smaller room for a meeting, or a beautiful sanctuary for a ceremony, we have options to fit your needs. Discounted and free reservations are available to church members.

Rental Spaces & Fees

  • Family Life Center: $400 daily / $100 hourly

  • Sanctuary: $300 daily / $75 hourly

  • Fellowship Hall & Welcoming Center: $300 daily / $75 hourly

  • Cleaning/Damage Deposit (required for all rentals): $500

A $500 Cleaning/Damage Deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded no sooner than seven (7) days after your event. All fees and deposits must be paid in advance when reservations are confirmed. If reservations are canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event, the rental fee will be refunded. Checks should be made payable to LCUMC and submitted to the Church Office.

Set-Up and Clean-Up
Groups are responsible for setting up before and cleaning up after their event. Spaces must be returned to their original condition as designated in our building use policy. Policy available here.
