This joyful service will be held in our Family Life Center, where we will give thanks to God for the animals who bless our lives with love, companionship, and joy.

All pets are welcome, whether furry, feathered, or scaly! For everyone’s safety and comfort, please ensure your pets are under your control at all times, either by leash, carrier, or aquarium.

On Sunday, October 5th, we’ll gather for a special worship service at 10:45 am with Footprints Preschool staff, families, and our church community. After worship, the celebration continues with a Fall Festival in the Family Life Center until 2:00 pm!

Bring the whole family and enjoy inflatables, games, crafts, and delicious hamburgers and hot dogs as we give thanks for three decades of nurturing children through the ministry of Footprints Preschool.

We meet for a variety of team building games, a devotional, and food!  Each meal is provided by parents of teens and volunteers of the church. This is a great entry point for students visiting for the first time.  

📚🎒 Back to School Sunday at Lake Cities UMC – August 10th! ✨

Join us for a special “Back to School” Sunday Worship Service at Lake Cities United Methodist Church on August 10th as we celebrate a new school year with prayer, encouragement, and community support! During the service, we’ll have a Blessing of the Backpacks for all students, teachers, and school staff—so bring your backpacks, lunchboxes, or laptop bags!

Any & ALL ladies are invited to enjoy fellowship and dinner together with the United Women in Faith for Chick Chat on Tuesday at Angelina’s Mexican Restaurant located off Turbeville Rd in Hickory Creek. Our Chick Chat ladies meet once a month on the 3rd Tuesday.  This is a great way to get to know one another.

Join us for the United Methodist Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, July 5th from 8:00 to 9:30 AM! We'll gather for a hearty meal, fellowship, and meaningful conversation. Breakfast will be provided, but if you’d like to bring a dish to share, you’re more than welcome. All men are invited—bring a friend and start your day with good food and great company!

Join us for one worship service and one potluck as we gather as one church for the Fifth Sunday of June. This service will include music from both our Traditional and Contemporary services. Bring you favorite dish to share. Worship is at 10:45 AM and the potluck will follow at approximately 11:45 AM in the Family Life Center.

Lake Cities UMC BBQ Fundraiser – Help Pave the Way!

Mark your calendars for June 28th from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and join us in the Family Life Center at Lake Cities United Methodist Church for a fun-filled BBQ Fundraiser to help raise funds for much-needed parking lot repairs!

Enjoy mouthwatering brisket plates (available for dine-in or to-go), live music, and family-friendly games like corn hole.

We’re also looking for volunteers to help us prepare, cook, and serve—if you’d like to lend a hand, we’d love to have you on the team. Reach out to Pastor Chuck or Loyed Ezzel if you’d like to join the team. Let’s come together, share a meal, and support our church—one plate at a time!

Pre-Order your ticket today for $20 or at the door for $25. Plates for children 11 and under are $10.

Our Craft this month:

Come celebrate with the family at our Easter Egg Hunt and Breakfast at Lake Cities United Methodist Church. Join us on Easter Sunday for a morning filled with laughter, fellowship, and the excitement of a thrilling egg hunt for all ages.

The festivities kick off at 7:30 AM with a pancake and sausage breakfast that brings our community together.

Following breakfast, the young ones are invited to embark on a Easter Egg Hunt at 10:00 AM on the church grounds. Our eggs are filled with surprises and delights, promising an egg-citing adventure for children of all ages. Parents, guardians, and even grandparents are encouraged to join in the fun, creating cherished memories together.

As the sun rises on this special day, we invite you to consider joining us for one of our three worship services at 7:00, 8:30, and 10:45 AM.

With the spirit of togetherness, our Easter Egg Hunt and Breakfast at Lake Cities UMC promises to be a memorable occasion for everyone. Come, celebrate the resurrection of Jesus with us on Easter Sunday, creating lasting memories that will fill your heart.

Join us for a Good Friday service at Lake Cities United Methodist Church at 6:30 PM. This service will focus on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ through scripture, prayer, and reflective music. We will remember His suffering and death on the cross, creating a space for quiet reflection and contemplation. All are invited to join in this sacred time of worship as we prepare our hearts for the celebration of Easter.

Join us for a meaningful Maundy Thursday service at Lake Cities United Methodist Church at 6:30 PM. This reflective service will honor the Last Supper, where we come together in fellowship to remember Jesus’ sacrifice and the command to love one another. The evening will include communion, prayer, and scripture, providing an intimate time of worship as we prepare our hearts for Good Friday and Easter. All are welcome to attend.
